Hilton Duesseldorf Hotel

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were great, and we were especially impressed with the easy access to the tram station. It made getting around this city easy. the breakfast provided a great variety of options to choose from.

Couldn't stay longer.

I was kinda surprised by the excellent service provided by the front desk staff at Hilton. They were pretty good too accommodate my needs, even though I arrived with my 10-month-old child late at night and needed a taxi for an early morning departure. Despite the late hour, they were patient and understanding, ensuring that I felt supported and comfortable throughout my stay. everything about the hotel was really good. I highly recommend Hilton for anyone visiting Dusseldorf.

The Hilton Dusseldorf offers excellent accessibility for those with physical handicaps. The hotel has easy access to public transport and is located close to the Exhibition centre. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, providing helpful service. Guests can enjoy a large bar for evening drinks and there is a waiting area in the front. The hotel also offers a free luggage storage service. Additionally, there is a convenient taxi rank outside and it is reasonably close to the airport.

The staff at the hotel made me feel like royalty, as if nothing was too much trouble.

I love this hotel! It's in a great location, close to the Messe and city center. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially David in the restaurant. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with everything I need for my stay. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the view from the room is amazing!

The only downside is that the bathroom could be cleaner.

Dinner good, perfect coffee area, friendly receptionists, meets expectations, quality bed and soundproofing, kind staff.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center and close to both the airport and Theodor-Heuss-Bruke bus and metro stop. The staff is described as super friendly and cooperative. The price for the room was reasonable, and free wifi is provided in the lobby and fitness center.

There were issues with the reservation process, as guests were surprised by a prepaid and non-refundable rate.

Although the service was polite, it lacked the attention to detail that one would expect in a premium hotel. There was minor inconvenience with the restaurant's packed lunches that did not comply with the order.

We have just returned from an extremely luxurious stay at a 5-star hotel in Dusseldorf. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly service and exclusivity throughout our stay. the leisure room was packed with high-tech gadgets which made our downtime moments absolutely unforgettable. the restaurant had a wide array of special diet menus and the breakfast tasted absolutely divine. the restaurant's buffet was unique and filled with a variety of cheeses and cold cuts.

Otherwise, everything else ran absolutely smoothly.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and bed. Enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service at the restaurant. Loved the fact that the front desk staff promptly relocated us to a quieter floor when we encountered noise disturbance.

The location was a bit far from the center and old city. Limited parking options, especially during weekdays.
